Just a Sample

They call this the Sample House over in Eureka Springs. I need to nail down the story, but I do know no one has ever lived in it. I think I see a pair of eyes peeking out, though. They do say Eureka Springs is one of the  most "haunted" locales in America (not that I believe in that stuff).
