If I could snap my fingers and have a different life, what life would I choose?
I think I would be a big fat black woman gospel singer. With piles of hair and attitude.
Or maybe one of those policemen that stand in intersections in Aruba and direct traffic like orchestra conductors. Or maybe it's Jamaica. Or somewhere.
Or a shepherd in New Guinea.
Or a tie salesman. I like to arrange ties. People mess them up when they look at them, but I like to straighten them again.
Or, perhaps, a gondolier.
